Who has recieved their season tickets?

    I ordered my half season tickets in early August, and bought two additional games, one of which is the preseason opener this Sunday. The Rockets said all of the tickets would be sent togther. Well now I'm starting to get worried, its 3 days from game time and no tickets. Is anyone else having this problem?

    I got some generic tickets sent today for the preseason games but none yet for the regular season tickets in the nice colored folder yet.

    Reeeeally stupid question. But have you guys called the Rockets? If so what did they say? I'm not talking about what they told you when you bought them - I mean recently.

    I have the half season tix and they dont include any pre-season games. So I am really not that worried right now.

    Last year I got the tickets like 2-3 days before the first preseason game.

    We are in the process of sending out tickets now. You should recieve your tickets within the next few days.

    I'm a little miffed...

    I bought SEASON TICKETS (4 $60 seats per game for a total of $240 per game) and have NOT received the tickets yet!!!

    I call..... and when I FINALLY get through to talk to someone, they keep saying, "We're sending them this week...."..... NO APOLOGY, NO "FREEBEE" for the inconvenience (i.e., a "guess what, we're gonna send you a gift certificate at the Rockets Store, etc. for making you wait so darn long"), NOTHING!!!
    YES, I'M PISSED-OFF!!!

    I think this is an unconcionable act of bad faith by the Rockets, and their error and surly behavior (lack of phone operators and putting people on hold for long periods of time) will haunt them next year. The Rockets will pay for this mess through dwindling fan loyalty and reluctance of people wanting to mess with re-upping their tickets next year.

    I agree. I can't believe how long you have to sit on hold before you can talk to someone. I find it hard to believe that they are that busy at 9:00 am where I have to sit on hold for 25 minutes.

    Yesturday when I called, they hung up on me accidentley twice.

    Worst part is when your on hold you have to listen to the 30 second relayed tape of the comets.... over and over and over again.

    Why do you think this is an error? I always get my tickets at the last minute, if not call them and I am sure that they will take care of getting your tickets to you for the game Sunday...not really a big deal.

    I don't understand why someone would be pissed. You haven't missed a game, and you won't. Just hold on, everything will be taken care of. Plus due to the fact that people don't have tickets yet, the phones are a little crazy. We appologize for the wait.:cool:

    I received my Yao Big Man pack with the Laker game added on Wednesday (Yao sized)...I had ordered them on the Thursday before...

    The super large opening game ticket is pretty cool. On the other hand, its soo big, what do you do with it once you're in the building to keep it in pristine shape?

    Sadly, I will be out of town for the opener against Denver. Gladly, I will be attending Sunday night. Can't wait.

    Well its Sunday morning, the day of the game, and I still have not recieved them. I emailed Tim last night so hopefully something will get resolved from him. Maybe they will be at will call, who knows? Is anyone else still having this problem?
