Obama: Trump must protect classified information

LOL....Trump already tried to say on the campaign trail he saw a "top secret video" on the Iran money transfer. LOL. That video doesnt exist. Clinton has been has been dealing with classified information for 20+ years (as First Lady, Senator, and Sec. of State). Email server mistakes is not intentionally trying to release classified info. Nice try though.

 

I heard this live on NPR today and so I know you are incorrect when you mention that Obama is holding Trump to a different standard.

From the article itself:
"Obama told reporters in a rare press conference at the Pentagon that he would follow longstanding tradition and provide intelligence briefings to Drumpf and his rival, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

'What I will say is they have been told these are classified briefings. And if they want to be president, they've got to start acting like a president. And that means being able to now receive these briefings and not spread them around,' the president said."

Clearly, he was referring to BOTH candidates, not just Trump. This thread is pointless and shows signs of desperation.

 

Yeah, I was also confused on what the OP was referring to. Perhaps he was just responding to the headline.

 

Why must he not protect classify info? Not sure what's the point here?

Now, if Obama said nope- Trump won't be getting any classify info, that's another thing even thought it's well within his power to do so and many (not just liberal) have suggested or called him to do exactly that.

Obama is actually trying to hold onto tradition and be fair here to Trump.

 

If anything, Drumpf indeed cannot be trusted with confidential information. Check out the following article, for example:

So, which is it? That Drumpf completely made up seeing this video, or he actually saw "top secret," confidential information and bragged about the details to the public? I'll admit that Hillary Clinton was completely reckless with private information, but at least she didn't brag about the information openly.

 

Watch the press conference instead of reading your typical conservative circle jerk website. Typical you nonsense.

That is pretty funny, but not surprising. Honestly I wouldn't trust either Trump or Hillary with classified information and if not the potential of one of them getting elected president, they'd never hold a clearance. Hillary after her gross negligence in mishandling classified information and Trump.....well Trump just being Trump.

Neither of these idiots are qualified to work in the White House kitchen.

Wake up. The FBI has already stated that Hillary was extremely careless handling classified information.

 

And that nothing she did rose to the level of an indictable offense.
