I can't believe Bill Laimbeer went this late. I was considering him at 3rd round but I wanted better spacing and shooting so I went with Bosh.
I feel like 80s players will probably more often than not get passed up by 90s and 00s players as majority in here grew up watching that more than 80s ball. Atleast that's how I feel about it, I was born in 89, started watching in the 90s, and really became a fan in the 00s.
True, I was born in '88 so I'm the same. I think also that people are trying to build a team that would work in today's NBA, so people are taking big men who can shoot and handle the ball, which is exactly why I went with Bosh over Laimbeer.
Yea there are some 80s players that are perfect for my team but I've been scared to take them because they won't get any love from the judges. But eff it. I'm having fun researching older players. Lambeer was a good shooter. Just don't think he's THAT great. He's not equal to Bosh or some other big men who were available in earlier rounds.
