2016 80s, 90s, 00s NON MVPs Draft

You guys know I'd win teh FIFA draft in Dominanz fashion and embarass ya to the fullest with my legendary knowledge.

 

we used to put more effort into voting in the early drafts, we used to have separate threads for each matchup and discussions.

but from what i remember those multiple threads annoyed some people so we stopped doing it.

now probably there's no going back because we all got used to being lazy during voting.

We need to do the Malaysian superleague draft again. That was epical.

Having separate threads to discuss each matchup sounds fun. We get to debate it out and even put up a poll. But I do understand if some brehs find it too tiresome to jump around between 8-10 threads.

There wasn't much discussion at all in the last Draft, just people tallying numbers. Wasn't too exciting at that point, hence I was reduced to lurking.

 

Did it that way in the past. Users of the Fantasy section didn't like the clutter and I think Clutch later told us to keep it in one thread.

 

I don't think Clutch told us to, we basically decided not to bother other people.

I'm not really sure why some people get annoyed by there being many active threads, but then I don't understand a lot of things.

I only remember Clutch showing up here during the epic minimuffin thing. From what I remember, he basically said we are welcome to keep doing these drafts but no more minimuffins wasting his time.
Or something along those lines.

 

We can use the Forum X for our matchup discussions.

 

There was an excitement with the first draft. After that it became only the core users who were interested.

 

They used to be in the dish before too, where we got a lot of votes/discussion. But since that forum gets a lot of traffic, makes sense why people got annoyed of the 10+ matchup threads.

First all Time and first current draft were in the Dish.

 

That was before my time, but I remember the main thread being in the dish for a while, until it was moved.

That's how I stumbled upon my first draft, only through the Dish, and many people did. I never used to check the fantasy section.

Which is also why we don't get many new people anymore.

Anyway, we used to do these voting threads in the Fantasy, at least during my time here. But there were people who would come and complain that we clutter up Fantasy section and they don't see their threads at the top.

It was weird. Their threads were no.5 from the top instead of no.2 from the top and somehow that was a big problem! But whatever. We stopped making threads.

 

Think we only had the recruiting threads in the Dish.

 

So true haha.
