I just remembered that Dragic was Nash 's protégé in Phoenix so he must already have a good understanding of MDA's system. You get my thumbs up Morey!
Man, I wish we'd drafted Kay Felder... Or kept Livingston... Oh well, we can hope Prigs has a geriatric power surge.
Considering how bad we are at the draft... I would make that trade. Especially considering how bad we are at PG. That said, that trade will never happen...
Perfect fit. "and such a bargain" PL "Fasten your seat belts. It's gonna be a bumpy ride." ... better late than never.
Neither is Beverley. And that's not to say they are equally bad. Beverley is much worse. I would do either of the trades (Bev+Brew or Dmo SnT).
did he ever? he wanted to come back, just couldn't get that player option from Morey. I don't think he was upset about that. But I could be wrong...
Is Dragic even good anymore? Also wasn't he totally against coming to Houston? Wouldn't want a guy who doesn't want to play here.
why yall saying that sa lot to give up? bev - avg player brewer - below avg mid-late pick - avg player 9/10 times dragic - above avg pg dragic is on a bargain contract in the new cba, he could've got more than ryan go to scorer and above avg passing/ballhandling/playmaking, 2 things we need anderson isnt that good a go to guy, better as a role player, and injury prone yall must think bev is a top 10 pg or the mid-late pick will get us a top 10 talent or is it his stats in the loaded heat? he wasnt gonna avg 20ppg when like 10 guys can drop 15-20pts any day
This guy's Youtube video isn't the only place on the Internet reporting this. Did a quick Google search, and these all came up: http://www.sportsrageous.com/nba/nb...-rockets-suggested-miami-enter-rebuild/35754/ http://en.yibada.com/articles/14203...n-dragic-houston-rockets-insider-proposal.htm http://www.ecumenicalnews.com/artic...-leave-after-dwyane-wades-departure/47841.htm Some of this seems to be speculation, but there certainly seems to be a lot of sports media out there thinking that Dragic is about to get dealt and the Rockets are a very possible trade partner.
Goran is in his prime and the heat don't look like contenders. If Miami does not do this deal with us they may do it with some one else. Riley has never been afraid to tank. He has to see the writing on the wall.
I don't believe it but would pull the trigger in a second if true. Goran has proven he can play effectively with other point guards. He would be good on this team in the MDA system. He is a definite upgrade from Pat and the Rockets haven't had a top 10 draft pick since Daryl Morey has been the GM.
