    Seems like this is closest to Morey's actual opinion - "We going to give a good shot this year and hope something puts us over next year." Everything else is just him being a cheerleader because Les might as well be pointing a gun at his head.

    Injuries play a huge role in the championship. Rockets fans should know that better than anyone (Yao, McGrady, Sampson).

    Put the best team possible together, play as hard as you can, and take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way. It's how we made it to the Western Conference Finals last season.

    San Antonio is a phenomenal example of that.

    Um... maybe. I think Harden is going to be LETHAL under D'Antoni.

    Whether or not we play good enough defense will be the key to advancing past the 1st round. But the Warriors and the Spurs are the only really solid teams this year. The Grizzlies, Mavs, Blazers, etc. will be in that second tier with us. The Clippers will excel in the regular season, but they're still the Clippers and title contending is kept out of reach by The Curse.
