Why can't he just use the patent trolls' technique against them and transfer all of his company's assets to another company, leave his current company as a shell company, let the court case drag out and let Uniloc "win" after incurring legal costs, and then allow his now shell company to fold and let Uniloc collect nothing, while he doesn't have to pay anything and can just continue to do business with his new company?
