Jon Leuer to Pistons 4yr/$42M

I wonder if Seth Curry will end up making only slightly less than Steph Curry.

 

Josh Smith has to be thinking he's a max player in this market.

 

Parsons was high on Leuer when we got him, only to be cut or traded away.

 

i forgot about seth being a free agent. that would be hilarious.

 

Josh Smith really lost a step or 2 over the years but still better Amar'e.

 

Leuer would've helped the Rockets PF situation. I was disappointed they did not keep him.

That said he's a 3M/yr guy on the old payroll.

 

i barely knew who he was but he apparently put up something like 16/11 per 36 minutes. not bad. he might be a cheap contract if he gets minutes.

 

How much DMo going cost now?

 

The bottom line is that Jon Leuer is a good basketball player. Has anybody seen the video of him dunking over Bron. No hesitation there. He is tall, fast runner, can shoot from the outside and controls the real estate under the basket. In my opinion a better player than Ryan Anderson. At least I would prefer Leuer. A much better defensive player. Compared to him, Ryan Anderson was the player getting grossly overpaid.
