Im guessing the first couple days of training camp are conditioning anyways (important though), JVG probably won't get into the details of plays until Yao gets here. Yao's been conditioning all summer, he probably doesn't need to do sprints all the time.

LOL wiws316, I guess that did come off a little stalker-like.

Anyway the only reason I wanted to know is because I work for Continental Airlines at George Bush Airport, and Im gonna be there working tommorrow. I wanted to know so I could conveniently take my break when Yao is arriving and get a chance to see him.

From Yao's official site, it says Yao departed from Shanghai at 10am (Shanghai time) Sunday. So that means he's on flight for about 7-8 hours now.

The article above from sina says that he is taking 9:45am northwesten flight from Shanghai to Japan, after another stop at LA, will arrive at Houston at 16:30pm local time. A 20 hour trip.

Isn't there a faster route? Why stop at Japan? 20 hours on a plane is a lot to take.

1630 is military time which converts to 4:30 pm unless I missed something. So that is only about 7 hours.

7 hours seems awful fast for a flight from Japan to Houston with a stop over in L.A.

    Am I missing something?

You need to consider time zones. China and Houston has 13 hours difference. So total traveling time is 13+ 7= 20 hrs. LoL:D

Yeah. Some people think the whole world runs on Texas time. One of them sits in oval office.
