Ok so I was wrong when I predicted Mo would be player of the week. He had great numbers but I guess the League thought otherwise. This week's player of the week went to Shawn Marion averaging 21.8 and 13.5 rebounds a game as his team went 4-0 for the week.

Thats all right because Mo will have the bigger prize as we pass them as a higher seed in the playoff. Phoenix is playing some good ball right now but I don't see them sustaining it over the next couple of weeks.

Tonight's win will be a big statement for the Rockets in letting the league know they are for real.

BTW, other candidates were Allen Iverson, Reggie Miller, Ray Allen and Derek Anderson.

Thats good to hear he is being recognized for his good work. I think Hakeem should of at least been mentioned, oh well maybe they are waiting to name him Player of the Month.

I believe that teams nominate one player to be considered. The league then makes the ultimate choice.

I am really surprised that I have not heard more of Dreams play recently!

Mo has been a big part in are run so far and tonight we will see him against yet another big and talented PF in Rasheed!I hope he goes off for 30 and we win but it is likely that Mobley,Francis, and Dream will have good games tonight,IMO.

I hope to see a battle between Mo and Wallace, and hopefully Cato will have a break out game even though he is still out of shape!

This team is starting to come together and is starting to look good, tonight will be a real test, win or lose I hope the game has a Playoff Atmosphere. It looks like the Rockets may be heading thier way into the playoffs,if only we can have the same ending of the season like last year(it looks that way) and if the Damn Suns could lose!!!(That dont look good) [IMG]

Just like last week when AI was player of the week and Steve was just "considered"
