    Even w/o Durant, if we can get Horford, as well as Mike Conley, and can ALSO get some SOLID performances from new guys like Kyle Wiltjer, and Sam Decker....

    Culture is something that has to be instilled from the ground up. We did not do that; er go, we carry the culture from last year er go we do not make the playoffs.

    No. I hope not. We should build to be a good team with good pieces around James than can hopefully grow together for the coming years and perhaps even land a big player free agent one day.

    Next season the management should be hoping to have a 54 win team that is great offensively and solid defensively.
