The correct answer is that Lebron is better than Tmac in any given point in time in any dimension on any solar system on any planet

I pity tinman. He had this thread bookmarked just to bump this up in case LeBron wins the title. Who knows how many other threads about t-mac tinman has bookmarked for every situation. Tinman is obsessed with McGrady.

If you search for it, there are many threads where McGrady is compared to LeBron like they were ever equals.

Usually when LeBron fails and McGrady fans put their hero in a hypothetical situation where he overtakes LeBron.

I just want to correct them. So they'll learn right from wrong.

 

Just let it go bro... it's been 6 years (9 since this thread was created). I dont seem to quite understand why you get so up in arms if a fan likes McGrady over another player or just likes McGrady as a basketball player?

We all get it, you have this unquenchable hate for this guy that you eat, live, breathe to spit hate towards the dude. But jeez dude... let it go already.

McGrady is a better scorer. LeBron is a better overall player when you consider his physical gifts and defensive abilities. Not that TMac wasn't a good defender.

At the end of the day, LeBron has accomplished more. Got to go with Lebron on this, and I LOVED McGrady's game.

T-Mac is one of my favorite players ever but LeBron gets the cake because he's as complete as we can get right now.

In addition, he's a 3x (and possibly more) NBA champ.

Actually, this thread is NOT good because it's one of the infinite threads in which tinman gets to bash a former Houston Rockets star on a Houston Rockets forum in favor of another player. Tinman isn't a Rockets fan. He's a 1990's Rockets fan

 

Tmac was so talented.... just he didnt last long... Lebron is so strong... hard to compare them at their peaks but Tmac was a pure scorer he could make anything from anywhere with any hand.

 

Sadly this is true. He only cares about the Rockets pre-1998.

 

Unlike those TMac fans, Tinman knows what it takes to win Basketball game.
