I don't think signing KD will affect them for next year, Lacob is willin to pay so...anyway they pretty much need to let Barnes go, and also trade one between Bogut and Iggy, probably Bogut...?

Keep in mind that they need to keep one between Ezeli and Bogut to have a center, Speights is expiring. Imo Bogut is a lot better than Ezeli overall, but older, more injury prone...Ezeli will have like 5/6 millions of cap hold but if someone offers him big money, they can be forced to match a bad contract just to have a center if Bogut is traded. On the other end if they trade Iggy their small ball is going to take a hit...Iggy should be the one who gives you more back in a trade though, not sure who is willin to trade for Bogut at this point...he's still good but he plays limited minutes, getting old, a lot of injuries and expiring, not sure there's a lot of interest out there for him, but for Iggy...anyway, personally i would trade Bogut and resign Ezeli, i don't think someone is going to offer him more than 15x, which is still a lot for him but well, if you can sign KD you just do it.

 

I mean warriors need to get rid of barnes, bogut ezeli they will be fine
U sign Pau, Batum/Parsons and any center. You can even note Looney is developing. This team will be fine and very good for years to come.
