It wound up not really mattering in the OKC series since the Thunder blew out the Warriors in Game 4. But it did make the league look hypocritical after suspending Jones in the Cavs-Raptors series for a similar incident a day earlier.

If cavs miraculously come back and win the series, there will be an enormous asterisk next to it forever

He wasn't suspended for the LeBron nut shot. He was suspended for a combination of flagrants throughout the NBA playoffs. This was only a flagrant 1. His antics against Adams were flagrant 2.

I figured. Warriors are up 3-1 going to their house. The league likes the money train to keep coming and a 7 game series featuring Curry/Lebron. Game 5 would barely be watched otherwise but now Cavs fans think there is a chance the series goes 6.

Why did Green not get suspended in the previous 2 series?...oh yeah, Warriors couldn't be left out, the league didn't want a Thunder/Cavs final.

    Screw you NBA.

Thunder won the game where he should have been suspended.

Long over due. Now that a Warrior title is all but guarenteed they feel comfortable actually holding him accountable.

So is Green allowed to be in the stadium? What if G State wins? Does he get to celebrate ?

League protecting Lebron after GS heart his poor little feelings. He was CLEARLY looking for a confrontation by stepping over Draymond, then roughing up Curry shortly after. The league is full of crap catering to Lebron losing another finals

Of course they didn't suspend him outright...Dwight got suspended for pushes and walking away, Green gets suspended for at least 5 serious kicks / punches / tackles.

I thought the NBA was in bed with the golden boy, Steph Curry. No?

    Now it's lebron?

I've called this at least twice since the OKC series. Green's suspension was the league's trump card in case the Finals was not competitive. 100% expected.

    In isolation, right call.

In comparison to the Steven Adams thing, makes the league look like pathetic Vince McMahon imitators.

I read he is not allowed in the stadium until the game is complete. I suppose he could watch nearby & hurry into the stadium in time for the celebration. Or just break the rule. Not sure how they would enforce that...or what kind of penalty NBA has for that. Weird situation.

I was honestly in shock they actually finally suspended him. After numerous kicks and punches to the to groin and not to mention his attempt to kick kyrie in the head. Dude is absolute disgusting player with no dignity. He does not deserve to be in this league.

Screw the NBA - I hate Green but he should have been suspended during the OKC series, this is 100% about the money and getting a game or two extra.

I have lost almost all respect for the league...

Too late. Should have been suspended for the entire series.

Warriors will obviously lose tomorrow. NBA is too predictable.

People are mad, complaining and whining AND the NBA suspended him.

Can't imagine the level of b****ing if they didn't lol.
