It's so puzzling that Kerr didn't start the 2nd half with the bench unit who brought them back to 7 after down 20+. Curry was horrible the entire game, except a short period in 3rd, he & Thompson basically put the Warriors in the hole during the first few minutes of the game, dumb plays one after another on both end of the floor. I give Curry a pass with the injuries he suffered, and his performance prior to the injury, but Kerr's substitution was bad, and Thompson was bad, too.
Cavs will win. People who think Warriors are gonna win this series are blinded by the media hype. Warriors are the most overrated team ever! Cavaliers are a true champion team...Warriors are pretenders. The record is grossly inflated mainly due to rigging by refs. When the meet real competition they crumble.
No, he was extremely hesitant to shoot jumpers when GS dared him and it stagnated the offense, and thus made him into a one dimensional player v. a great defense. A lot of his turnovers are unforced b/c GS gave him space to shoot and he turned it over b/c he didn't want to shoot and forced bad passes. I think he came into the 2nd half with the mindset like he did v. the Spurs in the Finals a few years ago in 2013. If they are daring me to shoot wide open shots, I'm going to take it. He hesitated to shoot jumpers v. the Spurs in games 1 and 2 too. Then he started taking them from games 3 on. Kerr is giving him the Spurs treatment. Let's see if his J sustains. If he makes his shots, their offense goes to another level b/c everything opens up for them on the inside.
LOL cmon man. You can't just bench your best player bc he's having a bad game. You stick with him and hope he turns it around, and even if he doesn't, you continue sticking with him and hope he at least develops some rhythm for next game... which I *think* he did.
Jefferson defended as well as set screens and rebounded like Green? I'm puzzled as to how the Cavs won this game because I was asleep.
Warriors will win it all. Curry is the greatest of all time, I mean there's no way they lose this series. They will probably win the next 10 championships, because they are just too good. I mean there's just no way they lose this. Spoiler
Yeah..Cavaliers can't possibly comeback and win in 6 or 7 games. This series is over......Warriors are just too good!
LeBron settling to shooting those long 2s aren't going to lead them to beat the Warriors. The only way they can win the series is for LeBron to be aggressive attacking... and Kyrie playing smart... and Love keeps sitting on the bench.
The Cavs SUCK beyond belief, they have a team full of chokers who can't handle the moment or play some semblance of defense.
He probably needs to play the Channing Frye role - provide instant offense off the bench, and play spot minutes. The good thing is, his feelings won't be hurt due to his benching, because of the concussion.
Wtf is up with these Game 3's for GSW? I thought tonight would be different, after hearing about how awful they were in game 3's for the past few days, but apparently not. Coaching? Overconfidence? 2015: Pelicans - 123-119 Grizzles - 89-99 Rockets - 115-80 Cavaliers - 91-96 2016: Rockets - 96-97 Trail Blazers - 108-120 Thunder - 105-133 Cavaliers - 90-120 Take out the Pelicans (huge 4th quarter comeback) and Rockets (super blowout) games from last season, and they are being outscored by an average of 96.5-110.8 in Game 3's.
At least Dave Feldman was a winner tonight! <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Dave Feldman could have tried harder to escape if he wanted to <a href="https://t.co/5eGymxTedr">https://t.co/5eGymxTedr</a></p>— Guy Haberman (@GuyHaberman) <a href="https://twitter.com/GuyHaberman/status/740699171351580672">June 9, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
