Look up fear of God clothing, Jerry Lorenzo takes throwback shirts from bands like Metallica, GNR, Megadeth, etc. and puts a spin on them. It's big fashion now.

Yeh, I can here it now...

"KD, you need to stay the flip outta H-town - these fools don't know what they're doin! First they drop Bickerstaff Jr on us and waste a whole season... then they hire MDA - knowing full well I ain't playing D and all these other guys are lost on that end of the court! I'm tellin ya, brah, it's a trainwreck! I can't wait to get outta town in a couple years!"

The problem with having a guy whose tight with a sought after free agent is - they are probably gonna hear about all the crap, too...

Wish it weren't so... but it is what it is...lol

If we wanna try to get KD, it is going to be about what else we get. He won't want to come alone. I think Horford or Conley are the obvious two options. I hate the spot we are in.

While obviously there's a next to 0 chance KD comes to Houston, it is interesting that they're hanging out. I mean, it's gotta come up at some point right? Love to be a fly on the wall.

Have KD call up Horford/Whiteside and say "hey. Houston, you and me + James will do wonders. Lets both sign there and win some chips"

    Wish it weren't so?

James leaving when his contract is up has got to be 1st on your Rockets wish list, right?

You don't wish it weren't so, you pray that this exact scenario goes down.

too many years ago to be relevant. I don't think you'd hear him say this after the western conference finals OKC just had. They are very close to taking that next step; much closer than we are.

How are they closer to taking the next step?

    They peaked.

They have no cap room, no trade assets, and their players are not on the upward trajectory of their careers.

Houston has 50 million in cap space to spend.

Well, Harden was hanging out with Ty Lawson when he was a free agent and looked what happened...I'm thinking this could be a similar situation to when Miami won their championchips except they had a absolute banger inside and we don't. That Harden-Durant-Beasely combination would be interesting considering small ball with D' Antony. I'm not keeping my hopes up on this one though.
