By the end of last year, everyone was calling out Yao to be aggressive, mean, intimidating when he did nothing but being nice and doing/missing layups. Now, just after a summer, Yao Ming is a guy that repeatedly tortures the other c/pf by bumping them into the floor and slamming the ball over their heads like he hates the rim. Not only that, Yao Ming has become a guy who stare/yell/trash talk to the opponents constantly. His demeanor is closer to Shaq than Duncan now. What an attitude change! He wasn't like this last season with the Rockets, and how come he changed all of a sudden in China? I am wondering if Yao was equally mean before he came to the NBA. Did NBA train him to be mean? Or NBA made him gentile, and China made him mean? Or is it food? I need to start eating Chinese food now before playing basketball/soccer.
I think Yao needs his own forum. Better yet, Yao deserves his own separate link on a different server. Is YaoCity.net available? Yao's a baaaaaaaad man.

Well, I guess one can't take everything too literally. What I am really trying to discuss is the source of his attitude change. What's Yao eating is a way of my expressing it.

Well, on NBATV, I remember one comment from the commentator for the Asian games semifinals. He said that Joe Vogul (who plays centre for Lebanon, who Yao has competed against for the last 7 years of International competition) was saying that in one season of Yao Ming playing NBA basketball, and competing against the best, it has made a huge difference in his game. This is coming from a guy who's played against Yao for the last 7 years ago..he's noticed this change in his attitude and his game.
well hey come fight for the team thats paying you millions of dollars. and tell him to slam the ball like everyday is his birthday. whats Yao eating that has made him mean? He prolly dips his steak in spinach dip. that's a potent mix. popeye would be proud of him.

sorry,but i think DeALecK just try to discuss the source of his attitude change,not meaning exacetly how well he play the game now. i noticed this change of his attitude. i must say that the boy is just growing up. and he really grew up faster than any other boy. but he is always a real fighter ,he just hided the fire in a new,and the highest place and he would like to keep low key and learn anything first last season. isn't that a good way? there is no any other reasons to explain his attitude change from last year. you people who questioned about him at this point just didn't know him totally. when he feel relax and is older one year now,he showed it to all of us at his hometown last week. and i belieave he would like continue to show to all of us at nba this season. and he really want to kill the Korea team and he has been waitting for this day from the last birthday of china ,which china nt lost to korea nt in the last year's final in korea. he was not the man of CNT last year ,but he is today. will he be the man of rocket this season? i think he will be the man until the end of this match. trust me. the boy will be the man this coming year in houston.
