Or John Stockton wouldn't have been great if he wasn't the dirtest guard in the history of the NBA. As long as the refs allow it, the great player will keep doing it until they are told to stop. Why would you stop if the refs don't? Great players travel, fake calls, etc until they are caught and stop getting calls. That's just being a smart player. That's like saying Harden isn't a great offensive player because he baits everyone into fouling him and trick the refs and the player. Well, that's a skill. If it was so easy, everyone would do it.
The only thing that's even comparable between Ibaka and Green, at this point in their careers, is character; Ibaka doesn't usually make the headlines, while Green has the "guy you love when he plays on your team, guy you hate when he plays on the other" label. It's Green all the way.
Green is better right now, but feel like Green is the type of guy that can fall off big time out of nowhere, especially if he changed teams. Not sure why. Still would take Green.
