    What about...

Trade #1: Harden, Ariza, HOU 37th pick for BOS 3rd pick, Isaiah Thomas, Amir Johnson, & Avery Bradley

    then...

Trade #2: BOS 3rd pick, Avery Bradley for PHI 1st pick & Jahlil Okafor or Nerlens Noel

then... use 1st pick on Ben Simmons for our PF/SF spot.

then... try to steal DeMar DeRozan for max deal

    New Roster:

    PG: Isaiah Thomas, Pat Bev
    SG: DeMar DeRozan, Brewer, KJ
    SF: Michael Beasley, Dekker
PF: Ben Simmons, Amir Johnson, M. Harrell
C: Jahlil Okafor or Nerlen Noel, Capela

    **Edit**
-- add additional player or pick to BOS trade #1
-- add additional player or pick to PHI trade #2
-- max deal for DeMar DeRozan OR Batum

Just thinking outside the box...I don't wanna trade Harden by ANY means, but I feel like Rockets f***ed themselves by pursuing the playoff run instead of throwing that last reg. season game. Plus, I don't see KD leaving OKC or coming to Houston at all now. So, just throwing out ideas. Let me know if my trade values are way off and sorry if they are ha.

So you think Philly would be good with trading the top pick this year and the #3 pick last year for #3 this year and Avery Bradley? LOL

I'd try to get Okafor out of Philly. I'm really high on him.

Of course, there's nothing Philly would want, so it's just wishful thinking.

Had to go with a trade scenario for the first post. This would be the reset of all resets. 3-way deal between us, the Lakers and the Bulls. Send Harden home! Send Bev Home! Bring Jimmy Butler home! Unleash Ben Simmons in MDA's offense to create some of the most beautiful basketball ever witnessed!:

    Chicago gets:
    -Patrick Beverley
    -Julius Randle
    -Trevor Ariza
    -Lou Williams
    -Jordan Clarkson (sign and trade)
    -Rd 2, Pick 43 HOU 2016

    Los Angeles gets:
    -James Harden
    -Derrick Rose

    We get:
    -Jimmy Butler
    -D'Angelo Russell
    -Cristiano Felicio
    -Rd 1, Pick 2 from LAL 2016
    -Rd 1, Pick 14 from CHI 2016
    -Rd 2, Pick 32 from LAL 2016

This is all with the hope that Ben Simmons falls to #2 and we can snatch him with this pick from LA. His shooting needs to come along, obviously, but if anyone could maximize (voltronize?) Simmons in the open court it would be MDA. Plus Simmons is undoubtedly Morey's fave prospect since Royce White. Perhaps Korkmaz at #14, Tyler Ulis at #32 and Zhou Qi at #37. If we could get lucky and sign (at least one of) Fournier, Horford or Batum... that would make this even sweeter!

    New MDA Rox:
    C Capela/Felicio
    PF Simmons/Beasley/Harrell
    SF Butler/McDaniels/Dekker
    SG Fournier/Brewer
    PG Russell/Ulis
Stash: Korkmaz, Zhou Qi, Gentile, & Lull (heh)

I could see us trading ariza for a future 1st to a team like Memphis, if they unite the gasol brothers and/or bring back Conley or a team like the hawks if bazemore gets too rich for their liking.

I have a feeling morey will be seeking value

    Houston Trades:

    • Patrick Beverley
      Trevor Ariza

    Indiana Trades:

    • George Hill
      CJ Miles

Houston improves outside shooting without sacrificing much in the defensive department.

Pacers adds an impressive and agile defensive lineup with PatBev, Ariza, PG, Turner and Mahimi.

All of the these players are on very reasonable contracts for both sides.

I love george hill and cj miles. But we still have the superior players. It would be a losing trade for us.

Package Brewer with KJ and a pick to dump his contract with no salary in return.

    Waive/Renounce - Jones, Smith, Terry

Sign Whiteside to max IF Howard doesn't opt in

Sign DeRozan to his max, use room exception(2.9 million) to sign a backup PG, fill rest of roster out with vet mins + our 2nd round picks

    Beverley
    Harden
    DeRozan / Ariza
    Motie / Beasley / Harrell
    Whiteside / Capela

You really don't want to hear the truth about DeRozan do you. You are a good poster but seriously that dude is not the answer. Sloppy handles, attempts the most mid range shots of anyone in the league (barely makes 40% of them), not a gifted playmaker and can't hit the side of a barn from three.

And he's just as bad of a defender as harden WITH effort.

Wow you want DeRozan and Harden on the wing? Should we just put a giant sign for the other team that says "Score at will"?

Wow! First post and you blow up the team with a well thought out trade. Of course it would depend on who Philly takes #1. I'd be loathed to trade Harden, but I think you made it palatable with this deal. Welcome to the world of posting.

The Lakers give up too much in this scenario, but overall you get a ton of creativity points for putting together this rather unconventional yet compelling trade proposal.
