I like Horford a lot, but he's not on the same level as DeRozan IMO. He's never averaged over 19 points, he's also leaving his prime as opposed to DeRozan who just reached his peak and will have another 2 or 3 years of his current level of play.

But hey, we could afford to open the space to sign both!

... just need to convince them to sign...

    Beverley
    Harden
    DeRozan
    Horford / Beasley / Harrell
    Capela

+ 10 mill in cap space!

Probably not going to be popular but we will trade for Rubio to fill Nash role.

Derozan is harden 2.0 lots of isos. Also, shoots lots of midrange not a good fit for rox

Honestly it's insulting to even see DeRozan's name mentioned in the same sentence as Harden

I was implying derozan plays like harden with lots of isos and contested jumpers and gets fouled a lot. Different in the fact that derozan shoots a lot of midrange and is an inefficient chucker. Their play style is similar not saying detox an is the quality player harden is or has the potential of harden

Actually, their play styles are not similar at all. The only similarity is that they both ISO, the similarities stop there.

Finishing 1 and 2 in free throws isn't a similarity? Or are you saying its a product of iso ball? And they both score a very heavy majority from isos and fastbreak points and that is a pretty massive similarity being that harden's only offense is iso ball so it's the only thing to compare with other players

    And DeRozan is horrible defensively

And a trade somehow for Rubio

Dwight Howard. Wouldn't it be just awesome if he stayed when this signing meant to scare him off?

probably not that easy, otherwise he is good 3 point shooter already, I often heard that super physical athletes are not good shooter in general, it seems true from my observation, bigs like Howard, Jordan, guard like Westbrook.
