Harden will win player's choice award because NBA players like his defense. It's good for their offense.:p

Dwight might not be an Top NBA defensive talent anymore but he's above average, and MILESSSSS ahead of Harden, who is one of the worst in the entire NBA

Don't know what's worse... Curry getting 3 first team votes, or Beverley getting 1. There must be an easier class curve for the PG position.

Kevin Garnett played 14 mpg in 38 games. Perhaps you should filter on total minutes played.

Dwight receiving 0 votes is a disgrace. We are paying him over $ 20 million to basically grab some rebounds and do nothing else productive on both ends of the floor. Easily the most overrated, overpaid player in the league right now. Dwight has the biggest disparity between the name recognition (superstar) and actual level of performance (role player).

Regular season award. Biyombo wasn't anything special until at least the 2nd round

Honest question: was CP3 that good in defense this season?

Should use some stats to prove that Dwight is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. ;)

So this is the logic. If I am supposed to be good at defense but don't get voted for DPOY, I am bad. But If I never give a damn in playing defense, I'm fine.

Dwight gives a damn on defense? LOL

maybe you missed, Dwert just admitted few days ago that he quit on the team because of lack of post touches and his b****-ass feelings got hurt. Dwight outed himself as a quitter, just like when he was in LAL. No wonder players around him went down with him, he has been the cancer of this franchise all year long.

dude, very good chance you have the correlation-causation here backwards. That is to say there's at least an equal chance Dwert gave up after everybody else gave up.

[rQUOTEr] Jason Terry: "But I said ‘Dwight, sometime in your career, you are going to have to decide do you want to become a champion? If becoming a champion means set more screens, roll harder to the basket, run the floor more, then that’s what you have to do. You can’t worry about if I’m getting touches in the post. It doesn’t matter. It’s whatever your team needs you to do on that particular night to get the win. So Daryl Morey didn’t say we aren’t going to give you the ball. We’re just not going to give it to you in the post because that's not our style of play." [/rQUOTEr]

Did you even follow the whole Dwight confession and fiasco?

Dwight said he got disinterested in the game because he was not getting the ball enough, and got rejected from Morey after requesting for more post touches. He didn't bring up Harden's name at all, even Terry said Dwight complained about his lack of post touches and urged him to play more team-ball and be less selfish, implying that he wasn't at the time.

Every available evidence points to the fact that Dwight has been the main negative force dragging this team down, not the other way around.

Curry receiving votes and Whiteside being on there shows you that we don't have that many great individual defenders + how biased these votes are.

He's been 1st team all defensive for the last 4 years. Because the Clippers lack a good wing defender, they typically have him on the best wing player on the opposing team. He literally guards Durant when they play OKC. CP3 is the reason why analytics don't tell the whole story. He is probably one of the all time most efficient players ever. He shoots a very high percentage from the field while flopping enough for a bunch of free throws. Additionally, his assist to turnover ratio is all time best and he has led the league in steals several times. All that equates to never getting past the second round of the playoffs.

Why don't you just change your name to Harden's Fleshlight ?

Seems more fitting. Give me credit for it when you request the change.
