<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/CtXnvaFY270" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> It's been a while since I've laughed this hard to something.
Theory going around is that the news article is going to get Bighead in trouble because of the NDA he signed, and Bachmann's assets could also be at risk because he threw in with Bighead. Hooli could acquire Bachmann's stake in PP. But then there was the scene where Bighead was talking about his signatures and how they wouldn't hold up...
Bighead is invincible... somehow, even though this will implicate him into violation of the NDA, it will lead to him benefitting. The signature line was one of his funniest dumb-**** moments, and yet I agree it will somehow help him later on. The show's formula (thus far) suggests that PP will be on the brink of losing it all... only to be saved at the end.
B/c of the NDA, wouldn't Hooli only be entitled to recover the $20mm payout? I could see Bighead losing the $20mm and then getting half of Bachmann's assets b/c of the partnership agreement.
But why would Hooli be entitled to anything beyond the $20mm? Also, the partnership agreement between Bachmann/Bighead specifically excluded any interest in Pied Piper.
Because it can be argued that there was damage to his reputation, etc beyond that. Also, Bachmann and Bighead have thrown their assets together in the same Bachmannity hat. Valuation of the board seat for an un-IPO'd, no actual product company is nebulous.
But wasn't all interests in PP specifically excluded from the agreement? How does that figure into the current scope of Bachmanity and its assets when PP is not among them?
Ah yeah. I forgot about that. Unless Bachmann gets sued then perhaps this plotline is not likely after all.
lol i remember when that guy (forgot his name) in the 3 commas club said "this guy ****s"...gilfoyle "he's right, this guy ****s"
