Can't really blame Sansa for being pissed at Littlefinger after he dumped her to the Boltons, but then he seems to manipulate her again by planting doubt about Jon. She went through a lot with Joffrey and Ramsey. I hope they don't make her character stupid like she was in season one.
Actually the distances are pretty well notated.... maybe not in the show, but at least the books. What is not notated is the time difference between the scenes. What feels like "later that day" may have actually been a couple weeks later. I think it would be silly for the producers to try and convey a scene that was days later. Danerys was great last episode. This week is another terrible acting job by Emilia Clarke.

Always knew the White Walkers were protectors of the old world that men destroyed. The Hodor thing though...wow...also, I guess that Ned Stark REALLY did hear a thing or two from the future. Crazy, the implications that had. Amazing episode.
Them White Walkers are pretty bad fighters. They've been getting by on their invincibility and resurrection skills only to shatter to pieces at unexpected dragonly weaponry. Noobs.

I gotta say, though, the actress who played Sansa in Bravos has a nice rack. But then they trolled us in the next cut. The director is a dick.
