Les has been a villain for me since the mid-90s. The pajama uniforms and firing Turbo(temporarily) were enough to turn me against him.
Les has always give me problem. He made me depress and sad every time I see him... He is bad luck. No suprise he made a bad move once again. It is one of many times he made a bad move. He is clueless and I wish he sell the team to smart owner who will listen to the fans.
I ****ed up on vote, oh well. ****ing phone.... Anyway Les needs to go away, he's only good for first round exits and bad decisions when the gm is overruled. Hopefully offseason saves this cluster ****

Morey is no villain. He's doing exactly what Les wants him to do. He's keeping profits high, and looking for players out of a bargain bin so Les doesn't need to over pay. Les became a villain in my eyes when he threatened the city of Houston to move the Rockets to Louisville if we did not help with his new stadium. I guarantee the city of Houston would have approved it if Les offered to pay for it all out of his pocket but instead wanted the city, Tax payers, and sponsors to do so. Obviously all this was so he could increase ticket prices. Les is no different than Dolan. He is extremely hands on. He wanted Lin. Morey got him Lin. Les wanted Dwight, morey got him Dwight. All this to increase prices. Les is Mr. BURNS and Morey is his chubby Smithers. The 99ers have been saying this for years. Les inheireted the championship and has single handedly destroyed it for years. Besides Tmac being a partial chump, there is no reason why Tmac and Yao never won a ring besides the fact that Les was far too cheap to pay for quality around them. Remember Barkley took a paycut to get Pippen into town. Not like Les opened his wallet for all his stars. Instead of getting more talent around the Hakeem,Charles, Drexler and eventually Pippen, we settled to fill the holes with Rookies and un proven scrubs. Matt Maloney as starting pg? Yuck! Mobley eventually came out ok but we were forced to rely on him to play pg his rookie year. If people look at Les at a business stand point then he is doing an excellent job. If you look at Les at a fan standpoint then he sucks. Now he is thinking about sticking his hand in a can of pringles? Only reason he would do this is because D'antoni would take the job for a very cheap price. D'antoni failed in Ny. Failed in L.A. settled for an assistant job in Philly. No way he's demanding a huge contract that would put the Rockets in financial crisis, especially since we have obligations towards Mchale.
His transgressions involving the NHL alone justify his removal. His uniform/logo preferences are beyond suck. Les is a subpar owner and is bad for HOU. Crap owners in HOU.... 1) Adams 2) Less .... all others can fight for 3rd
I use to be a big defender of Les, and tolerated some of his meddling and bad ideas. But this last one seals it. I have turned on the guy. he cares more about building an exciting team that will fill a stadium than winning championships. He doesn't care about defense which is the key to winning. It's such a shame. I thought he wanted to win. No, he wants to look good. Pansy.
Les does many good things for the Houston community. He recently gave our Mayor Sly Turner a huge check to help with flood relieve. Thank you Les!
