    There are very few situations in life where murdering someone, under any circumstances, qualifies as the "smart move". The statement seems kind of redundant.

    Not if you take into consideration how she did it....I was referring to the planning, or lack thereof, not the act of murder. I'm not sure it was a in the heat of the moment kind of thing.

    LOL that was my first thought. WTF is wrong with people? Natural reaction after seeing someone shoot someone else, is to run right up to the car and film the armed suspect getting away?
