Why the hell did Parker take that last shot?

Lol that was weird, Spurs went cold at the end, that's what happens when you don't have a true closer.

but the refs were pretty bad imo, that green trip into durant was a gimme

He was wide open. And he made one earlier.

Spurs had no idea what to do on that last possession when they were just down 1. It took Leonard like 7 seconds to try to get open for some reason. Aldridge got the ball near the 3pt line and swung it back to a cold Parker who shot a flat brick. Game over.

No Duncan for half of any game is pretty huge though, West is just ok...Parker is also more done than not...

What if the Spurs will not be the force everybody expected them to be for next years? :p

I almost forgot Leonard and LMA were on the Spurs. It seemed like all Tony Parker down the stretch. Or LMA missing bunny shots.

Props to OKC and the role players stepping up. Adams and Kanter are a big presence in the paint.

He missed the one before and looked way off. He then made a free throw that barely went in and bricked a free throw after.

duncan was the heart and soul of that team, and he's just too old now. Shows how incredible he was. Aldridge and leonard aren't going to be able to fill his shoes IMO. Aldridge is too inconsistent.

I think the Spurs are done, too old and therefore ran out of gas. You have Leonard and Aldridge, two great players but still depend on Tony Parker to hit shots. He's done. Duncan is a shell of his former self, and so is Ginobili.

Some of them are very old. If they're relying on their Big Three down the stretch, they ain't gonna win. I don't think they would've won Game 3 had there not been such a long layoff.

Should've given the ball to LMA more in the closing minutes. But maybe teammates don't trust him enough.

Kawhi didn't go hard enough for the ball prior to Aldridge passing on him and going to Parker on that final meaningful possession instead. That was as disappointing as the two missed calls.

He had the ball at one point and he was "guarded" by Kanter...he just passed the ball out to Parker...maybe Dwight isn't the only p***y in the game...

He's never going to be in the conversation for MVP or anything. He's a one dimensional player and he is inconsistent. Every once in a while he has a mind blowing game. But... he can't summon it on demand. It's like a random thing with him.

Spurs future is looking surprisingly dim all the sudden. This year was the big three's last hurrah it seems. Not a bad way to go out. Duncan's still on my all time team.

It's almost comical how many times this phrase has been written in the last 5 years.
