I'm not going to post it but it's somewhere earlier in this thread. I mention it only because IIRC he had photos of him on Facebook doing things that you wouldn't expect a beggar to be doing.
I met up with him to give him money back in 2012. Didn't notice it was him until he asked me for 5 bucks and I looked at him. This time he was driving a beat down white van.
"HE'S LIVING IN A (WHITE) VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!!" A five dollar account to get a loan? Here's your loan...FIVE DOLLARS!!! "HERE'S YOU! HERE'S ME! THERE'S YOU! THERE'S ME!" (table crash) P.S. I gave him money on page whatever...so I'm not being insensitive here. All I know is after everyone came down on him...he kept sending me emails telling me it wasn't a con. I didn't want my money back. I think he was giving some people their money back, though.

I googled rapper-houstunnin-clutchfans and questions/doubts start to arise page 30. He is indeed vietnamese and a grade A b-hole. My favorite post:

Yup, sent me my money back too. I don't think he was a con, he just has some mental problems. Anybody who donated shouldn't feel like they were cheated.
I didn't get to read this...but I'm assuming he has some mental problems. You're the only one out of us that met him in person but someone that doesn't understand something as simplistic as opening a savings account and asks for $5 isn't right in the head..
Well, at least he's still surviving after all this time. It doesn't sound like life has gotten any easier for him. I do feel bad for him. But, I don't know anything really about his situation. It just sounds like a constant struggle for him. Gotta give him props for being a survivor...however he is getting by. I assume he is at least capable of holding down employment so maybe he is not that bad off. I don't recall if he was "misrepresenting" his situation or what back then. I don't want to re-read all that crap. I might be remembering incorrectly...but was this the rapper playa who was taking photos of himself wearing chains while leaning against nice sports cars? I dunno.
Spoiler Bob and Gail Jones are expecting their first child, but Bob has been diagnosed with kidney cancer which will possibly take his life before his child is born. Heartbroken at the prospect of not ever getting to know his child, he decides to make a video about himself and his life so that his child will know him.
