I just want to know of one rumor about one team that has Van Gundy on it's list of potential coaches.

Vogel is 1a. JVG is 1b.

Vogel edges JVG by a bit but I would be ecstatic to have either coach.

welp that didn't take long. You got me. It's one more team than I figured would be interested in JVG.

it is what it is. just last year the pelicans interviewed JVG as well but decided to go with Gentry instead over him, thibs, and del negro. JVG has plenty of interest across the league. low basketball IQ just simply isn't true.

FWIW i'm not arguing with you because you're not wrong... my original sentiment was that the front office has time to evaluate every coach because at this moment JVG isn't garnering much interest. You sent me the Nets link and I half-heatedly admitted i was wrong.

There were other teams that were interested in Jeff Van Gundy last year, but they know he won't join them, because he is only interested in Rockets. He has family here and do not want to leave them.

Vogel is just the newest shiny object to come along. Not the answer to coach.

Mind sharing why. Not criticizing. Really curious.

My bad. Really knew nothing about the guy.

Can a mod edit the poll?
