The durant may wait one more year before he leaves theory is flawed. Guys don't want to wait, even just one year. Lebron is the only exception as he's proved he can control franchises and jump around as he pleases.

Sound theory and I hope to god it happens.
But the same could be applied to LA. Bigger market, more cap space and both Harden and Westbrook are from there and they've just snagged Walton who has inside knowledge on GSW.
They could bring the glory days back to LA.
Yes I hope we get KD, but too many obstacles so not getting my hopes up.

Don't underestimate the fact that both Harden and Durant are both single guys and have a lot in common. Kevin does not owe OKC anything with all his charity work, their is a ni e chance he comes to play with Harden .

This stupid demographic thing that is probably being blown way out of hand. Somehow within that nonsense a rumor has surfaced as the Rockets being top option !!!

What about the fact that they are both "guys" in general? I hear they have that in common.

Its hilarious, everytime someone tries to justify this stupid debacle they resort to illogical statements.

Basketball players spend a lot of time on the road living out of a suitcase away from their families. Superstars enjoy having a good time on away games in partying. The married guys with famlies dont go out. We saw this social connection in Parsons recruiting Howard both Single guys that dip their hats in the NBA party scene. The NBA party scene is very hush hush and private. This is where a lot of planning to play together happens. The superstars want to be socially taken care of as well as financially. Nobody likes to party and win without their bros.... Friendship is big in the NBA..dont underestimate the friendship between all the three of the OKC boys.

There are assistant coaches out there that come from under a system... But the GM and coach have to work together to get the right personnel to run that system.

All your good teams are good for a reason... It's not because they have all these superstars... It's because they play as a team and run a system...

As far as the player things go, it's too early to be signing any players right now.

Sorry, you have no idea of what you're talking about.

I (like many others) know this is far from the truth.

Yes, in fact I do sir.... We will have a legitimate shot at recruiting Durant for a number of reasons. Superstars will move, and are not afraid of change. Durant will have to consider the Rockets we are in the top three of his options.

Aside from his health issues Bosh said that the Rockets were his second option after resigning with the Heat

and see how that work out

Morey chased him twice and even with Toyota Tundras to South Beach the first time when he was actually in Dallas

In your estimation, aside from the Rockets, who are the other two teams? GS/SAS? Or Miami/Boston?

Not sure why Boston keeps getting thrown into the mix.
