Instead of pursuing Max Players, should the Rockets focus in on bring proven shooters/scorers?

What's the difference between him and Beverley?it's about team chemistry and the system. If Curry demanded the ball like Harden, the Warriors wouldn't be the Warriors.

Courtney Lee has been on 6 teams in 10 seasons! As for Livington, once again you have to have the right team around. Here's another guy that's bounced around. Of course partially due to injuries, but he's played for 10 teams!! People are acting like the Warriors found a diamond in the rough. Is he any better than he was when he was playing with Brooklyn a couple years ago?Of course not, he's just on a better team with a system that works.

The guy averages 6 pts a game, and abused the Rockets because they refused to allow someone his size guard him.

Put Iggy/Speights/Livington/Lee on this year's team and none would have an impact. Put Ariza/DMo/Beasley on Golden State , you'd get the same result and fans here would be clamoring for Houston to get players like them.

If Jeremy Lin was never a Rocket, fans would be posting here saying "ohh we need a guy like that who can take the pressure off Harden and get other guys involved via the pick and roll!!!"

People just look at how players are thriving on other teams automatically assume they'd do the same here. Look at Lin, obviously it doesn't work that way.

Horford is not Dwight, he can still play at a high level after passing 30.

You mean add depth? That makes too much sense and not enough splash.

Didn't you know the Rox are a burial ground to all those shooters?

They will have career lows and never recover :p

I think we should forget the idea of bringing KD.
there is not a single chance he come to Houston (I dont see a single reason)

Two years ago we lost Lowry because we were dreaming with Carmelo

we cant make the same mistake

I prefer we sign 3 young promising players to grow up with Harden and fight for a champ in 3 or 4 years.
This is not our time anymore. (our chance was the last 3 years with Howard and Harden) now it is over, but Harden is still here and he is still young.

Bring Fournier, Bazemore, Aminu that kind of player
Morey is very good to see talent in underrated players that are alredy playing in the leage (a young Lowry, Dragic, Ariza).
