As humble as Goran's demeanor is, seems he's always been preoccupied about pay and playing time. Its good that he has a sense of purpose, and every player wants lots of pay and playing time, though it seems when things don't align to his purpose his play noticably isn't as good.

Dragic shouldn't just be a key piece on a team, his pay means he should be on same level as the Chris Paul, Seth Curry, Westbrook's of the league, and he's not. (To be fair, its how the NBA market works when Wes Matthews off injury can get max contracts)

 

I think Dragic is a solid player, but obviously overpaid. Lin is not that much worse as a player, but he is worse than Dragic. The one that we let go that we shouldn't have is Kyle Lowry. He is better than Dragic and much better than Lin.

 

But if Lowry was playing next to Harden or Wade, you'd all be making the same observations about him as well.

 

Lowry plays very well next to DeRozen. We may not see much of drop from him if playing next to Harden. Given said that, Lowry and DeRozen have great chemistry together. It may not be as easy with Harden.

Phx played with a lot of pace and inflated a lot offensive numbers. Miami focuses more on defense so it's not a surprise Dragic's numbers would take a hit.

I really hate Rubio.

 

Dragic is freaking terrible.

Even heat fan can acknowledge that Lin is clearly better than Dragic. Lin and Kemba have been using Dragic like an $85 million dollar Fleshlight this whole series.

 

He's got big money and beautiful wife great home in Miami. He's a winner.
