Receivers almost never do anything year one. Combine that with BOBs complicated read and react offense and I'm not very excited about a WR for this year. Might be a draft and stash.
The Texans are throwing that smoke screen to make everyone think WR I would say they really want a defensive lineman in the first round. Hopefully a good one drops to them
OBJ is an expection but also drafted at 12. Hopkins, drafted at 27, had an average rookie year before turning into a beast. I'd expect the same from another late 1st round WR. Rookie year you might be looking at 40-50 catches, 500-700 yards, and 1-3 TDs. Year two is when great WRs typically explode.
Considering that would be about the same or exceed what Washington and Shorts gave us last season, I'd gladly take that
Since the draft is Thurs I'm going to take Vernon Butler as the pick. But like I said, if Treadwell falls to 22, his catching and superior route running alone should make him the pick.
Shepard or Boyd in the 2nd... mayyyybe Doctson in the first DL/OL in first............same in second if Doc is had in first
We're looking to add more speed so Corey Coleman will be drafted at 22. We are also looking for a stud TE. Therefore, in the 2nd Rd the Texans will move up to draft Hunter Henry. In the 3rd round the Texans will look to add a DT or DE, so I'm thinking they will draft Nkemdiche.
This is just not necessarily true, old false wives tale, plus we need him mainly to take pressure off of DHop and Os... 2015 - Lockett, Tyler SEA WR (R), Cooper, Amari OAK WR (R) 2014 - . Beckham, Odell NYG WR (R), Evans, Mike TBB WR (R), Benjamin, Kelvin CAR WR (R), Landry, Jarvis MIA WR (R), Matthews, Jordan PHI WR (R) 2013 - Allen, Keenan SDC WR (R), Tate, Golden SEA WR, Patterson, Cordarrelle MIN WR (R), Hopkins, DeAndre HOU WR (R), Stills, Kenny NOS WR (R)

It is questionable if any of those guys will be available at those spots, particularly Hunter and Nkemdiche.
