Beard needs to go nuts like he did in last years game 4.

Bev needs to be in Steph's grill off the rip and we need to run him into a bunch of screens.

Whatever it takes to get the W.

That means don't play Sewer more than 3 minutes.

D-Mo was great the last time stats-wise, anything close to that would be nice again for Game 4.

But the underrated key x-factor I think would again be Beas. Notice how he played some real minutes for the first time in awhile. Seriously, he has his limitations esp on D but I just feel he could excel in these type of ballgames against GS. If you noticed, he was being doubled last game! (and there's a reason for that) but haters will again rag on his D and +/- but even when he's not scoring that much, he is still a useful piece on offense. More Harden-Beas connections please.

I just wish he would be more attentive on D and stop slacking so he's always in the floor and trusted by his coaches/teammates. He likes to kinda give his man some space which disrupts the team D rotations, but then again so does majority of this Rockets team lol

Splash brothers only need 1st Q to finish the job. GSW by 29. Harden 14 points 8a 8r 9to.

Or maybe we win baby 1 again?

A high ankle sprain is no joke and takes 2 months to fully heal.

I think the Rockets still have control if they play well they can even the series. I doubt Curry will be anything close to 100%.

I actually completely disagree. While Harden's shot was what got media attention, the refs are under fire for a LOT of problems in that last 2min. Personally, I think the game will be chippy and called tight, which IMHO is in our favor, big time. Calls against Green and Bogut especially, calls for Harden drives etc.

I have a good feeling about this game, whether Curry plays or not. HTown fans are pumped up, we are NOT going to get swept (no matter the reason), and a lot of our guys have still been off til now. I think this is a game where Ariza, Terry...and even Brewer (God help us) step up. The guy hasn't hit a 3 in months (literally), but every now and then he comes up with 25 pts, getting fastbreaks and 3s with hustle plays inbetween.

I'm not going to claim anything and jinx us, but I do think its a great time for a few players to come back to life.

Seriously? Thats not true at all about Warriors-Steph. Sure, they're not an HISTORIC team without him, but they're FAR, far from trash. GS without Curry probably could've won 55 games, no joke. Did you see how fluidly they played on both ends of the ball in Game 2, and how many people were stepping up to hit shots and make plays? You are right about the game being there for the taking, and that we suck so bad, but there's a reason GS is where they are, and its not just Curry. They're not a 1-man show, thats why they won 73. Houston is a 1-man show, and thats why we won 41.

Man thats a devastating W# difference, lol. I don't remember the last time Houston played a team in the playoffs that won 30+ more games than them? haha man this season blew.

Kevin McHale: Dwight Howard 'not what he used to be' as a scorer

Former Rockets coach Kevin McHale was clear Friday about why Dwight Howard is not the scorer he once was. Howard this season took the fewest shots (8.5) and scored the fewest points (13.7 per game) since he was a 19-year-old rookie in 2004-05.
"Throw it down to him occasionally, but if you throw it down to him on a steady diet the poor guy just can't get down low and move any more," McHale said in an interview on Sirius XM NBA Radio. "I think that back bothered him, his hips are tight from that and he just wasn't the same player.
"He's worked hard on it. The kid does work hard on his physical conditioning and trying to get healthy and stuff. But he is not what he used to be down there in the low post. And I think the knee surgery, too."

It's not a high ankle sprain.

The only way I see us winning is if harden goes off like he did last year in game 4. Bev needs to be on curry like a cheap suit from the jump. Hopefully the other guys find their shots. Again rebound, defense, hustle, and stay focused. The refs are going to be interesting in this one. Under a LOT of fire, but again it's the rockets against the golden boys so I don't know if I feel good about how they will ref us.

Also, I wish Howard didn't admit to using UFC moves. I understand Bogut is dirty but now the refs are going to be watching him under a microscope.

2-2 would be spectacular, but I feel like the Warriors are going to really want this game after giving one up, especially Draymond. But, Curry could be rusty. Maybe Rockets bring the intensity like last game.

Home game will make the difference if Rockets play good.

Good point. This playoff series must be a new record for biggest difference in win total between playoff opponents.

It all comes down to mental fortitude. Can we stay focused? Not likely.......
