Man..my hatred for this Warriors team rivals that of the Sonics with Sam Perkins in the early 90's and the j*zz with Karla Malone in the mid to late 90's...And that's saying a lot since I truly loathed those teams.
Bogut is such a little b****!!! Him and Draymond are my least favorite players in the league, maybe ever.
The biggest problem is that they are viewed as the "Golden boys" of the NBA. The NBA loves them, which allows them to get away with murder. Illegal screens, Bogut pretty much doing anything possible to Dwight, Greene throwing down Beasley. If you watched the TNT show after the game, Ernie even said something along the lines of "Did you see Green take down Beasley??", and the rest of the crew responded with "Oh...yeah."
Now let's play a game of what ifs. What if that was Beverley throwing down Curry in the back court. Beverley would be suspended, sportcenter wouldn't stop talking about it, and the TNT crew would label us as the dirtiest team in the league.
Couldn't agree more. Or if Dwight was on the other side of the shoulder ripping Boguts arm out. Same way Kevin Love got injured, yet NBA won't say nothing to their golden child.
That Bogut pin could have led a serious injury for Dwight. If that was Bev pulling that stunt on Curry and Curry was seriously injured, I'm sure the league would have banished Bev out of the league for basketball reasons.
And we are soft so it's time to man up. They are protected by the referees and the league, so do something about it. That's at least giving me some 'pride' of being a fan of this team this year. Time to get dirty too!!
Warriors are definetally playing dirty, refs should adjust and just call every illegal screen and other illegal **** they are doing. Things like DMo and Beastley throws, almost ripping of DH hand is just ****ing icing on the cake.
maybe tjones can finally do us a service by going in and stomping a bit. green is a valuable piece for GS, a double-ejection including him TJ would be great.
The Bogut hold on Dwight was pretty bush league. Dude looked like he was seriously trying to hurt him.
Not really too mad at the last play by Green but the Bogut one should be addressed. A move like that by Bogut could of caused serious harm to Dwight.
You know dang well that's not how it would go though! Draymond gets away with verbal assault every night! He's not gonna get ejected!
Or just don't throw it backwards to your own basket....Ariza is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. DD
The Warriors push the line. They use dirty tactics more than most teams. All teams use them some, but Golden State is on another level. However Golden State is nowhere close to the way the Utah Jazz used to do it. What was even worse was the Utah did it so awfully, but would then cry, whine, and moan like babies anytime a person even came close to them. Golden State is only slightly more annoying than average. That is amplified right now because they are playing the Rockets.
Yes, the Bogut hold on Dwight is VERY reminiscent of the Kevin Love shoulder separation. And, I believe ALL sports should have an 'eye for an eye' rule for cases like Kevin Love, Chase Utley, etc. ..where injuries occur from cheap shots. If you injure another player on an illegal play or cheap shot, you are suspended as long as it takes that player to recover and get back on the court/field.
