According to the site: "Distance from the nearest nuclear waste route: 2.0 miles " Well that's comforting ...
Basically, what the map is telling me is that if you live in the red, you are in a nuclear waste transportation zone? I live right next to some train tracks. Maybe, 60 yards away. These three houses on my cul de sac (sp?) are about 15 yards to 30 yards away from the train tracks.
I'm about 7 miles away since LBJ and Stemmons are apparently part of a route. Now, I'm sure medical waste piles up a lot here very near me in Plano, what with all the liposuction and plastic surgery the average Plano resident goes through in any given year.
Distance from the nearest nuclear waste route: 8.6 miles Distance from South Texas Project, the nearest waste source: 68.4
Well, the good news is that your future kids won't have 12 fingers each, because you're probably sterile by now!
The toxic waste doesnt go anywhere near any of my places of habitation.... and even if they did, I wouldnt care, until it got spilt and I grew a third arm.... but even then, I could use a third arm.... So hey! why not?
I grew up on Uranium Drive, across the street from Uranium Downs. Why is it not a surprise that I was within 1 mile of nuclear waste traveling?
Distance from the nearest nuclear waste route: 21.4 miles Distance from West Valley, the nearest waste source: 40.1 miles I'm good to go.
Hmm...I'm 52.1 miles away from the nearest waste route or waste source. Guess I won't be turning into a superhero anytime soon. (RC Cola Man....with the power to....fizzle.)
Maybe I'll run in front of a truck so that it spills all sorts of toxic **** on me, and grow that third arm i've been needing....
