    Exactly how much money did you actually pay for the Toyota Center? I'd bet close to nothing. I think fans are just so bored of having no basketball since March 31, we're grasping at anything to b**** about.

    I agree completely. The Rockets are focusing on global marketing, but if they gave consumers the choice to purchase either "Houston" jerseys or "Rockets" jerseys, I would think this would increase their market: it would be favorable to people who want to represent Houston, and it would be favorable to people who want to represent the Rockets. Sounds like a no-brainer to me.

    Keep those votes coming! Tim needs to be convinced!

    i'm partial to a silver jersey with red trim, myself. "Houston" or "Rockets", either one is cool to me.

    Yup, adding 'Houston' is a good idea but i'm satisfied with this new jersey than the old one. This is a lot better.

    that yellow and red yao jersey is tight, as an out of towner i would buy that in addition with the white ones. if i could afford it.

    Which do you think would make a better alternate?

    I like #2.

    dude, you shouldn't use the 80's astros color scheme.. its BASEBALL!!! this is BASKETBALL!!! it doesnt look good.. plus, do you think it would go on our hardwood floor? i dont think so.. but, i LOVE the red/yellow color scheme you made! much props to that.. this astros scheme, i give you a fistpump for the effort.. but, topfive, i know you can do better!

    Personally, I don't think it's a big deal. Besides don't most teams in the league mostly have their team name on the jersey anyway. And come to think of it, our last jerseys (the pinstripes) had Rockets on them. The way I see it, you beat enough teams good enough and they will know where you're from. Which I know will happen this year anyway.

    The away jerseys should say "Houston" in the front, not "Rockets".
