I think it will be questionable if he can get out of his pro contract this season to declare

He had declared, and sounds like his pro contract has NBA out option.

Looks like a very late first rounder or second rounder. I can't see him holding C position down full time and see him more of a hybrid 4 with his length, shooting touch, and lack of weight. I just don't see his frame being able to bulk up considerably. Be interesting to see how he really stacks up against his draft competition. Defensively, if he is quick and fluid enough with his length he could be pretty versatile.

Rockets have 2 second rounders , if hes on the board @ 37 do you select him? and then go for point guard with defensive abilites. Gary Payton II would be ideal @ 43. Could work wonders for either 2nd unit down the road when harden gets older maybe 29ish 4 years down the road, need some possible ballers to grow up. Zhou QI and Payton son sounds like it might be pretty rewarding.

I think we have three actually:

    Knicks, Nuggets and our own.

I think Payton II would be selected before 43... we all know that usually sons are better than their dad lol

Are you saying that he doesn't look slow in these highlight videos?

Non step vertical at 31.5" is awesome for his size...a few inches better than Gobert/Whiteside/Deandre pre draft. His combined reach and vertical indicates scary rim protection potential.

Under 5% body fat and added 10 lbs, He's not a player afraid of physical contacts in CBA.

He also shows pretty good shooting at combine, but that's nothing new.

They play football style hoops in the CBA, so he should be toughen up by the time he is ready for the NBA draft.

Umm he has the 3rd or 4th lowest max vertical though.. That's not very good.

It's funny how the avg difference between the step vert and max vert is roughly 6 to 8 inches. But Zhou's is just .5 inches.

Will be interesting to see how many bench press reps he can do. DUde is super skinny

Elite length, elite agility/athleticism for size, very good shooting for size.

His max vertical is decent for players his size. His non step vertical is excellent. Non step vertical is more important for big men IMO.

The next Chris Bosh without the vertical and explosiveness?

Bosh is too short, and doesn't have better vertical.
