That would be a first. How about getting Sampson to come in and help on the D side of the ball the next two days.

Harden: "It's only 2 games. We going back home and they won't have Curry so we'll take the next 2 and we'll win game 5 to take the lead. They ain't even that good with Curry."

Howard: "I'm still a champion no matter what happens."

Nice Slander on Harden's comments. As for Dwight that is his quote.

When Josh Smith is on fire, you have to leave him in the game until he passes out on the court.

Otherwise, once you sit him on the bench, he losses his rhythm and becomes a different player.

Was at the game tonight. Rockets was very sloppy on both ends, even when the game was close, their body language showed that they never believed they could win.

They have to have better movement in their offense, almost everything came from ISO plays, which was very easy to defend for a good team like the GSW.

There was some barking between players, Howard got his 5th foul due to Harden's lazy defense, he went to Harden said something, but Harden wasn't happy with that. Everyone in the stadium can see the friction there.

Whew, that was a close one. Rockets tried to screw me, but thankfully hit a few garbage time shots. Being at the game, I can say they look even more like **** than they do on TV. Body language and chemistry not even once.

    "Now"?

Lost the 12th pick in the draft because our no-character guys wanted 4 more games on national TV.

No, that Rockets team routinely beat Jordan's Bulls and that was well known.

How exactly can one expect Beas to do sht when he ain't given mins? If it weren't for those late PT he'd have played around a grand total of 7 mins, how will he make an impact? You guys want him to score 20 in 7 mins? Lol. But yeah, let's bench him he sucks let's play Terry 30+ minutes instead!!

Lance & Matt killin' them this morning. :)

    Lance:
•This is gonna be the 3rd time in 4 years Harden shoots < 40%
•(Championship James) That guy don't exist.
    •He has 13 assists to 11 turnovers
    •Averaging 22.5 points on 7-19 both games
•This isn't even close enough to good enough, not even talking about his defense
•If this is who he is, then Daryl has to think hard about how to construct this roster and who they'll be.
•"James & everyone else", that's not gonna work.
•Get guys around him better than Beasley & Ariza. Ariza is just another Shane Battier(MT: who's slipped). He's a piece that when you have things in place, he makes everything settle in. He's not your 2nd or 3rd option. You never want to call him your 3rd option.
•Just like Battier was a good fit, then you didn't have Yao, now we need that position to do more. That wasn't who Shane was.
•These two teams were built in different ways. One team was built with high basketball character players. James & Dwight aren't high basketball character guys. The Warriors won 73 after winning a championship. You know why? Curry got better.
•Draymond, make fun of his looks, his "run-over face" is going to show up and play basketball. He gave them toughness they lacked. Warriors have accountability that starts at the top. They want to be great. They play for each other. They have the right guys. The Rockets have Josh Smith. The Warriors have Iguodala, Barbosa, Barnes, guys who want it. They want to play for each other. It's truly a next man up mindset. Rockets have Brewer, Harden & Smith. Daryl has to look in the mirror. How do I build a winning culture? Culture, you won't find in analytics. There's a human component. Who plays well with whom? Who brings high basketball character? Daryl has not built that. That human component of building the right locker room, you cannot just take that for granted and assume it'll come if you just throw guys together. ... Kenny Smith nailed it at halftime. They don't know which guys go together with who, which combo plays best. Is it D-Mo or Jones? For the better part of a year, that was up for grabs. Was it Smith or Jones without D-Mo? How will they use Brewer? They don't have people who know their roles. This roster doesn't have clean fits. Bickerstaff is done with.

    Matt:
•DMo has zero explosion. This team needs a massive overhaul. I don't know how they go from 2nd best team to being overhauled in less than 2 calendar years.
•This is a franchise that was thought of a title contender and it looks like a team with only 2-3 components left to it and Les has said we'll use Harden to help attract free agents. As I said a week ago, if that came into play, that won't be an asset. The Rockets will have enough for 2 max players. When they start throwing max money, they'll be attractive but if it's dollar for dollar and James is your lead chip, they'll be on the outside looking in. Media & NBA is crushing James, Dwight & the Rockets. It's as toxic as the Rockets have been in a long time. When they weren't winning games, it was poor Yao & Tracy, they couldn't stay healthy. Then it was Dragic-Lowry-Martin, they're nice but they need a superstar. Then James comes here & Dwight and maybe they've become a destination. You grab two of the hottest names in the NBA that will now have to overspend to bring players in. Rockets biggest asset is two max slots. But many other teams will also have that. How will you convince this free agent class this is a good place to be? The vibe, the teamwork is so awful, uninteresting, so mailed in.
    • (Warriors) They don't have to worry about shifting the lineup around. Brewer starts game one, yesterday 9 minutes. What NBA has that rotation issues? Teams that go 41-41. Everyone knows their role in GS. KJ McDaniels, how does he play 57 seconds in which they gave up 115?
