Except playing worse basketball in order to try and hurt people isn't "competing." Most people would say it's the opposite of competing.
I would not be unhappy if the Rockets ran through every moving hard ... as in put the moving screener on his ass hard.
I would love to see a few of our guys plow into Bogut on those moving screens and knock him on his ass a few times.
I would rather they bounce off like they've been shot in order to try and get the cheap call on the moving screen.
I do not think the referees will respect that mentality, and neither should they, that is a possible wussy mentality for the team.
the players pretty much all know each other. potentially ending someone's career is not tough and shouldn't be considered.

I feel sorry for the Warriors! Not only will the Rockets be lazy and whiny, but they might also commit a couple "fake tough guy" fouls before they roll over.
There should be no boundaries for game 3. Go out and hurt them as bad as you can, with words. Dmo and Capela lead the way with yo-mama insults.
I'm all for hard fouls and physical play but I'm definitely not for trying to hurt guys (unless they start it). In this case, there is no point. If you choose to not contest shots at the rim and try to cut off drivers then you have no business laying hard fouls on guys. Luckily, this won't happen because most of our guys don't even care enough to put the effort into a hard foul.
This I'm good with. Those screens are dirty and the perfect/fair reaction is to run through him with perhaps an elbow conveniently positioned to connect with Bogut's solar plexus.

A lot of talk from the Rockets guys, but you guys get it. Just hard fouls and some extra here and there like a good elbow to the head or gut check is not that much a problem in my opinion. It's to hurt, not injure someone. Unless it's Greene, he tries to tackle guys all the time. Bogut they can knock out too.
