I'm an Asian dude, I'm saying we are super marginalized. Stereotyped with making the most money on average in America which is complete BS.. We been banned from this country. In Native American case (they came from Asia) genocided. What does the black man really have the **** to complain about????

I've watched/read the stat line related to Mr. Lin's foul compilation. Honestly, I think it's just a distraction. It's something he probably wants for credibility, a contract or some type of respect. Enduring fouls don't make the player. Putting together wins and contributing in a manner that elevates your team to the next echelon makes a player. If Lin and his fans want to use this little tidbit as fuel to the fire of trying to get respect for an average guard, so be it. For the players in the NBA, along with the coaches, it doesn't matter. It just does not matter to the rest of the NBA. It's only an issue for the die hard Lin fans who need something to cling on to so that Lin remains relevant for a few more years before a superior talent takes his roster spot. And, I mean all of that with respect. It's a calculated storyline with some pretty damn good PR methods. I'm glad Lin has put together a decent season. Despite his fouls, his team is in the playoffs, and he'll probably get fouled again and again like every other player. If we're talking about the BEST fan base in relation to fouls, Mr. Howard is destroyed every time he touches the ball. Plenty could be called flagrant, but based on his size and the hate among the league, it doesn't happen. Moreover, he doesn't seem to have a team bringing it to the forefront to make something out of nothing. Sidenote: I'm rooting for Marvin Williams to show the league why he shouldn't have been passed around so much over the years. QUality player. The Key will be KillaKem and Batum, but that will be a difficult series to win.
Dear cod man you wrote a lot and honestly it's a distraction. So do you agree those should be called flagrant or not?
There's a stat somewhere in this thread In the past 3 years: 1500+ drives to basket 800+ fouls 0 flagrant fouls Most fouls received for any guard without a flagrant foul. 3rd most in the NBA overall The majority of the clips in that video are from the past 3 years (Hornets, Lakers, Rockets). That flagrant foul number shouldn't be zero. Agree or disagree there are flagrant fouls in that video?
Well I got bored after watching GSW dismantle us and I went to Basketball reference to answer my own question. In Lin's career he has started 183 games and averages 14.2 ppg, 3.1 reb, 5.7 assts, with 44.1 FG%, 36.1 3pt%, and 80.8 FT% which would put him basically right around #15-16 of starting PGs in the league in this season. For comparison, Goran Dragic this year with the Heat is 14.1 ppg, 3.8 reb, 5.8 assts and he is #15 on ESPN's list of PGs.
you will be shocked with the stats when Lin start as a primary ball handler and play to his strength.
Stop trying to trash the reputation of Zboy. He was more funny than everyone else of you suckers here in this pillow fight.
Lin fans never care about basketball. It's all about recognition and group attachment for one individual.
