Do the Rockets have to announce the final 12 players on their roster by the opening day of training camp or can they wait until the start of the new season?
Everybody they have now will go to training camp and will play in the pre season games. The coaches/ organization have to make the final cuts by the start of the season. So to answer your question the 12 man roster will not be set until the start of the season. But you must remember that every team I beleive can have 2 players on injured reserve. So it's really a 14 man roster P.S. - I am not from China
Thanks for the reply. Three players are allowed on the injured reserve making it a total of 15 players.
