Because I'm giving credit to a good coach is getting flack and lack of respect like the rest of our team from not only everyone else who's not a rocket fan but our fan base as well? There are so many dumb haters like you who called Kevin McHale = McFail... its ridiculous how dumb YOU are

This is the worst coached team I have ever seen. We have an offense that appears to be no more organized than a weekend pickup game at the YMCA. We have players essentially freelancing on offense and not involving the other 4 players on the court at all. There is no planning ahead for the next pass, there is a self-centered focus on "how will I score right now". This is why coaching exists -- to get the players to work collaboratively. Another goal of coaching is to motivate players to reach their full potential. Watching James Harden and Dwight Howard wander around in an aloof manner on defense (in the playoffs!) is another indication of a complete lack of coaching. These guys' heads are just not in the game. They are playing at 75% effort level, which is a total waste of talent.

We need a disciplinarian who commands respect to come in and teach these players to work as a group, not as individuals. Thibs is my first choice.

But Thibs might tire them out. Thibs is mean and doesn't care if players don't want to give 100%.
