    Shouldn't there be?

Setting the turnover record is lonely company.

And we're giving up a prime asset, our first round pick, just to get murdered in the first round. That accomplishes N-O-T-H-I-N-G.

Because we wanted to be better this season....not worse.

Oh, that's what we expect now. But we were hoping for a lot better than that after last season. What you are doing is dreaming a fantasy. That fantasy won't play out either.

I sure hope Hard en doesn't go limp in the playoffs again because JB would still play him 40 minutes.

And of those illustrious four, one of them just smashed the all-time NBA record for turnovers. The next closest is '84-'85 Jordan in 109th place overall for turnovers.

Let us hold our heads high as we go to be swept on national TV by the team that just broke the NBA record for wins. But WE have have Mr. 28.9/7.5/6.1! And he's broken his own record, too!

At least this will all be over in 10 days, maybe fewer.

Congrats, Harden! Take your talents to the playoffs and let people complain after you finally dismantle the Warriors.

Based on accomplishments James harden is the second best rockets franchise player next to Hakeem. We are true rockets fans and we appreciate the teams best player. deal with it

sure those stats may be arbitrary, but it does't change the fact that before Harden only 3 players in the history of the game have accomplished such a feat. Goes to show that it isn't easy to do and he deserves credit for it.

If you want an arbitrary stat, look at Triple double or double double. Who the heck is impressed by 10 points? Just because a number has 2 digits, that makes it a benchmark? The significance of the the achievement of Harden's is that only 3 ALL TIME greats have exceeded his production in the 3 most prestigious counting stats this season. Your not seeing that as amazing makes you an annoying

As for the turnovers, it was already shown in this thread that Jordan only had one fewer turnover, so that is maybe a 2 point swing a game if that. So, I guess you are right - we should sit James and start KJ for the playoffs.

    James Harden is a BOSS.

Many thanks to a season full of Vagrady cockgobblers for filling my Ignore List to the brim.

You can all piss off now.

Harden is the first player to do it while sorta not really leading a dysfunctional, indifferent team that is a running joke league wide and defied all expectations to finish as an 8th seed, 26 games out of first place. Yay! Go Harden!

We're seriously going to 'celebrate' this type of random stat? What happens when you lower the rebounding, scoring or assists by 0.5 let's say, or even 1 or 2? Sorry but find it hard to see this as some amazing feat. He's still miles behind those 3 players.

Man, so many people in this thread are some haters. This season we've come across some adversity and you turn on your best player at the drop of a hat.

    That's weak.

Looks like the league does round up. He's sitting exactly at 29 ppg on nba.com, espn and basketball-reference.com.
