You're just trying to justify one superstars numerous failures by downplaying other's successes.

Look, nba2k you could change all of that.

If you got a ps4 or xbox one you could make your tmac dreams come true.

I'm curious, when did this T-Mac obsessed hate fueled Tinman start? When he announced his season ending surgery to SAS? Before that? I'm honestly wondering what it is that created what you are now. I know damn well you were once a T-Mac fan just like every Rockets fan in 05-07.

Shaq played with 3 star guards (Hardaway, Bryant, Wade) and went to the finals with each of them.

And that'd be a laughable argument. Odom/Gasol/Bynum comprised the best frontcourt in the league. Kobe's supporting cast was so good that in 2010, he played like trash and the Lakers still won the title against the Celtics.

In fact, Kobe didn't even deserve that 2010 Finals MVP. Pau Gasol did. Here are the stats for the Lakers' 4 wins:

Kobe averaged 27 ppg on 37% shooting and 16% 3pt shooting, 10 rpg, 3.75 apg, 2 spg, and 1 bpg.

Gasol averaged 18 ppg on 48% shooting, 18 rpg, 5 apg, 0.5 spg, and 2.5 bpg.

He hates T-mac because he hates his fans. Much like his situation with Lin. He'll let fans affect the way he feels about a certain player. Kind of pathetic.

It's actually quite easy to hate McGrady. Despite all his talent, his game never improved. And after the 2008 postseason, he had arthroscopic surgery and entered the 2009 season overweight. If you recall, we had just acquired Artest and had championship aspirations.

And right when it looked like we'd be able to trade McGrady and salvage the season, he announced season ending elective surgery and killed his trade value.

It was our best chance to win a title since the Olajuwon years, and McGrady intentionally sabotaged it.

You really think he had career ending surgery at 28 years old just to spite the Rockets? lol come on fellas...that's ridiculous.

    It actually makes perfect sense.

2010 was the last year of his contract. He chose (multiple doctors said it was unnecessary) to get the microfracture in February 2009. After rehab, that would give him over half a season to "earn" his next contract. And for a 30 year old player, that would likely be the last "big" contract of his career.

Also, at that time, there were plenty of microfracture success stories. No one expected it to be career ending surgery.

Ok wrap it up folks, we got a real insider here who knows what went down behind the scenes. Yep even though what he just said sounds like complete horse**** but yeah he knows... He knows exactly that pro athletes go out of their way to get unnecessary surgeries just so they can "earn" their next contract, and not because ya know... they are actually injured.

If he were actually injured, why did so many doctors tell him he didn't need microfracture?

If he were actually injured, why did he play so well against the Jazz in the 2008 playoffs?

If the Rockets didn't think that McGrady screwed them, why did they only give him 8 mpg in a contract season?

    Ever heard of Occam's Razor?

All you will ever hear from McGrady fans are excuses.

Injuries happen and greater Rockets have had much worse happen to them.

Hakeem had a broken eye socket cause Bill Cartwright elbowed him in his face.

Yao was healthy until Tim Thomas fell on his foot.

    Who Hurt Tmac?
