Why does Howard always come and trap when defending pick and rolls? He comes way above the three point line and is too slow to contest the shot, or ends up forcing Patrick Beverley to guard the opposing center, giving them an easy mismatch. Even Capela does this. Why is our defensive scheme switch and trap on everything? Literally, just BACK UP. Make them take a deep three rather than essentially an open three.
