Philly went after signing him in the offseason. The Celtics of course are sitting there waiting to trade for someone like Butler.

They want to seriously move him, there will be a godfather offer waiting for them.

The most probable landing spot is most definitely Boston no matter what anybody says.

Butler (who may or may not be damaged goods) & Noah (free agent) for Harden?

GOTTTTT DAMN! Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.

Bobby Marks: He's still owed 4 more years, $76M. You have to be concerned with his health. Once you get a chink in your armor from a health standpoint, there's always something else that will creep up. With Butler, with his knee, will it be his hip? Will it be his back going forward? As we know, the minutes have been high this year. He's still only 26 but I would be concerned to take him on and give up young players and/or draft picks. How healthy is he really?

While Harden's a better player imo. I think Butler would instantly change the culture from a lazy, entitled, asset driven organization, to the hardworking blue collar city we used to be. I think Butler/KD would be a better combo than Harden/KD too

why would they want to trade Butler? He can score, and plays Defense. This is stupid. Hard to find another Jimmy Butler, not that hard to find another Fred Hoiberg. Wow, Chicago FO is so effing stupid.

Yeah, let's trade away one of the top 5 players in this league for a injury-prone SG who can't even really shoot, smh
