Ok..I know they're just like 5 yrs old or so, but god...I just think we need to get our uniforms redesigned or something. Ya know...something fresh to go with our young team for next year. I love the rockets and all...but man..those uniforms GOTTA go! The color scheme aint bad...but the damn thing is just too damn busy. Hell I even remembered Sports Illustrated voting our uniforms the worst...in a professional league (so did Kevin Willis when he was with us)! I'm afraid I have to agree with them. Now Toronto use to have terrible uniforms too (not as bad as ours..but that purple barney thinga-ma-jig didn't look too professional) but Nike came along and redesigned it (along with the Miami and LA lakers uniforms) and is actually now considered one of the best in the league. I know some you might say we've just had them...but look at Pheonix and Orlando...they just recently redesigned thiers too. Soooo...just wondering what you guys think about this. Can we get a petition for Nike to do ours (or anybody else actually...just changed them please) or something? I'm not asking much...just remove those stripes or...something!!! By the way..great win guys! I feel the playoffs coming! ------------------

I wonder whether anybody other than Les likes the pajamas? I still remember the Chuckster calling them "a joke" before he came to play here. Anyway, new Uni's are almost certain to happen when the Rox move into the new building, and not until then. Isn't there some sort of deadline where teams have to tell the league that they are changing uniforms? Thought it was earlier in the year, so the NBA marketing machine had enough time to gear up for the change. (pardon the pun). ------------------
