i'm serious about sitting dwight....not as a diss to him or his play, but simply because if he suffers any real injury between now and july that might lead him to opt in on his contract, which likely ruins morey's free agency plans
Brewer plays 25 mins, scores 3 points, 1-7 shooting. Beasley plays 8 mins, scores 10 points on 3-5 shooting. Rockets lose in 2015-16 Rockets fashion. Down 20 in the 1st half, climb back in the 2nd half, lose in the 4th.
I don't think we win those last four, I think we'll get upset at least once, probably twice, and go 2-2 in those last four games. "Creampuff thinking" is going to bite us in the as$. And I think we're in pretty big trouble these next six games, I just don't see us going on a spurt.
Seems like this one (second of two, Harden hobbled, and the Rockets front office and coaching staff blundering roster and play time management) should be a sure loss, but I have a hunch the team bounces back and pulls this one out. W.
how's harden's ankle after carrying this team with a big double double only to lose? how's ariza's shot by chucking 18 and only making 5? how's dwight's pride seeing ariza go 5-18 and he only gets 9 and misses one of them? and only 3 fts and 1to so cant use that excuse how's jb's mental r****dation gonna be? dumb as srotation as usual? overplaying 3-4 starters? how's kj's confusion level now that he's getting burn instead of earlier in the season so he can work out the kinks in his game? how's my tv and window gonna look during/after the game? everything in tact? we'll find out in less than 12 hours!
A must win. Blazers vs Mavs is a win-win. A win against Jazz is a must. Side note, anybody keeping up with the Grizzlies these past few weeks? Any chance they completely blow it and don't make playoffs?
the bears already have 40 wins, iirc. hard to imagine they'd fall off completely. but let them play the warriors or the spurs isnt a bad scenario.

Exactly where I'm at... it just continues to be a disappointment. You can feel it coming no matter how close the game is.
I had hope for a small second the Rockets would get 6th seed but that's already long gone. This team needs that pick BADLY
Hopeful for W, I can't watch this team play live, so I tape all games and watch later if they win. The dumb coaching and playing that we do is horrible to watch. We are so predictable on offense and defense, it's a joke!!
The other teams including the Grizzlies have some tough schedules. It's not far fetched to think the Grizzlies won't lose 8 out of 10 games leaving the door open for either Portland or Houston to snag some seeding. If we can split the next 5-6 games or better (which are tougher)... it would be a plus. We must avoid the 7 or 8 seed as many have said. We can beat the Thunder as a 6 seed then avoid the Spurs till the second.
At this point "not being a laughingstock" would be nice. I am at the point where the ONLY scenario I do NOT want to see is the #8 seed and getting punched in the face 4 times by GSW. And them and their fans yucking it up about it. Gets me mad just thinking about it.
at this point it feels like the Rockets will be playing not to lose, whereas Utah is playing to win. That is not a good mindset to be in if you're the Rockets.
