    Dwight Howard,

So tired of this dude not giving any ****s whatsoever, it's so damn easy to point fingers at Harden, but man o man, this dude DOES NOT receive enough public criticism, Harden was suppose to be force on offense, which he is, and d12 was suppose to dominate the D, which he DOESN'T. With years he should be smarter??? What a hell, he still wants to post up when you got Beas and Dmo and Harden, all of them can do it better, he doesn't rotate anymore over the shooters, Horford killed him AGAIN! And his fake smiles doesn't make anyone happy but him. Yes, Brewer been bad, and he can affect our team play a lot, but Howard been most disappointing player all season long, and anytime someone brings playoff Dwight up, i mean, are you serious? We might not even make there with this kind of play...

There's multiple problems. Placing all the blame on one person won't fix crap.

    Howard isn't a star anymore.

    He is worn down.

In basketball years he is in his high 30's.

Remember he's been playing in the NBA since 18 years old.

    Guys break down.

Watch his effort in running out to shooters in those situations. He's never been a fundamental player and always relied on athletic ability.

Tim Duncan's success relies on fundamentals. He has aged well late in his career go figure.

His regular season effort isn't worth what he brings in the playoffs if we can't make the playoffs. Part of me believes he's playing so conservatively because he wants a big contract this summer. But if he's going to keep playing like this to save himself then it just isn't worth it anymore.

It depends upon what the meaning of the word 'is' is.

It's everyone defensively. But mainly on Howard and Harden's D.

Oh look, another Dwight Howard thread.

Houston will be just as happy, if not happier, when he leaves as they were when he signed. :)

    But what if he re-signs?

Houston's real problem is the summer heat and the lack of snow during the winter. Also the traffic.

Dwight Howard sucks, he is no superman. When Hakeem was 30, he was avg 27 ppg , and 11rpg per contest. This guy is just a big body servical big man who had a fast career and now is in a downward spiral for soon retirement, not a real great center at all, just a fluke with all his muscles. Not a title contender like barkley...

    meh..
