12.4 PPG in 16.4 MPG is superstar pace, man. I certainly doubt he will keep it up, but I would love to be proven wrong.

I must admit, since Beasley was signed, this team is more interesting and fun to watch. Beasley has more offensive skills then a vast majority of players in the league today. The team still has a major hole at pg but Beasley has really help to solidify the PF position so far.

Lin did it once every fifteen or twenty games.
    Lawson did it never.
Beasley is doing it almost every single game.

I would say he is as good as Harden. I do not think too highly of Harden's eurostep and drawing foul technique.

Beasley would surpass Harden's O if he could shoot consistently well

from 3 point land ;) "Secret weapon"

His low motor and pot problems really wasted away his younger days.

At least he is starting to getting it now!

It seems that the PF spot is perfect for him

In a really dark year for Morey, he really found a diamond in the rough in Beasley. Morey seems to be at his best when he's in a position of weakness.

That's because he's not playing PG

The scoring is not the most important aspect, if only he could go on rebounding like this, couple of steals and assists would be great as well.

Better than playing Delfino or Ariza at the 4

Not really. He had the talent (No2 pick in the draft after Rose)

Harden just worked out more, had more playoff games, had more chances to refine his offensive game in the NBA.

They started out with the same talent, he just made more out of it.

I have no problem with you saying he is better.

Of course Harden is the better overall player, but aside from that,

from a raw scoring angle they are very close, Beasley just cannot draw that many fouls and does not get superstar calls

Plus Beasley never made it to a first option on any team.

I don't know, I think this guy Beasley can have the 4 if he can stay hungry. This is a huge deal. This team is going from blow-it-up to potential contention next year - he's that good.

We have the players to be defensive - now we just need a few more scorers, we still need a playmaking pg in my opinion, and could use a Small Forward with some scoring ability as well (Ariza and Brewer are more opportunistic scorers).
